Background
I bring 20+ years of affordable housing industry experience to the table having served as the vice president of Regulatory Compliance for Insignia Management Group, AIMCO and RealPage.
Affiliations
I am a member of the National Affordable Housing Managers Association (NAHMA), Southeastern Affordable Housing Management (SAHMA), American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA), National Leased Housing Association (NHLA), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Affordable Housing Association of Certified Public Accountants' (AHACPA). I
served as President of the South Carolina IREM Chapter 72 in 1997 and 1998 and
vice-chair of the Housing Credit Group. I also served as President of SAHMA
in 1997, 2006 and 2007.
I served on the Board of Advisors for the Fair Housing Coach and the Tax Credit Housing Management Insider newsletters. I
also performed as an advisor for the Compass Group's publications Managing Housing Credit Apartments and the NAHMA Fair Housing Guidebook.
