The handbook does refer to properties whose mortgages were refinanced from 221s, 236s or 231s to A 7s or 223 Fs? Does the original regulatory agreement go away and the new regulatory agreement is the one to follow? If so, are these properties covered by the 4350.3 even though the handbook doesn't mention these finance programs?
All criminal records received are to be maintained confidentially, not misused or improperly disseminated; and destroyed upon completion of the originally intended use. When destroying records of criminal background, a notation should be made in the tenant file that includes the date the records are destroyed and a statement that the records were destroyed for purposes of confidentiality. What does this mean?
